First Lego League Prep Club

Our First LEGO League (FLL) Preparation Club is an invite-only program for students ages 8–14 who have demonstrated exceptional passion for robotics, engineering, and problem-solving. FIRST LEGO League is a global competition that challenges young innovators to research real-world problems, design and build autonomous LEGO robots, and present their solutions to a panel of judges. In this club, selected students will work collaboratively to develop teamwork, leadership, and technical skills essential for FLL success. Participants will engage in LEGO Spike Prime robot design and programming, project-based research, and strategy development, preparing them for the excitement and rigor of competitive events.

Objectives:

  1. Strengthen robotics expertise through advanced building, programming, and problem-solving with LEGO Spike Prime.

  2. Develop collaborative skills by working in a team environment on complex engineering challenges.

  3. Enhance research and presentation abilities through real-world problem investigation and solution sharing.

  4. Foster resilience and adaptability by practicing iterative design, testing, and refinement.

  5. Prepare for competitive success by simulating FLL competition tasks and following official guidelines.
