This place is great and offers many fun and engaging activities for kids, making it an excellent option for birthday parties. I recently attended a party here and overall had a positive experience. However, toward the end of the event, it felt somewhat rushed. While staff were polite, there did not seem to be enough transition time for parents to gather belongings before the next party arrived, which made the exit feel a bit hectic. My main concern was cleanliness between parties. I did not observe any visible disinfecting of shared equipment, particularly items such as VR headsets. Seeing proper sanitization would have been reassuring, especially in a space with frequent child use. With improved transition time and clearer cleaning procedures, this venue could offer an even better experience for families.
